Fabric friends for people

Hi all! My online shop is temporarily closed for the holidays to give priority to in-person shopping of my work at two different locations in Durham, NC! Please find my work on display at The Scrap Exchange Artist Market [currently available] and the Minnie Moore Gallery inside Golden Belt Arts [Nov. 30 - Dec. 30]! Shopping at my online store is temporarily paused to create more work for these spaces, but check back soon! And Familiar Dolls is now *off* social media, so make sure you sign up for the newsletter for announcements! https://www.familiardolls.com/newsletter/

I don’t think there are enough words to express how much I love this. Like it makes me smile, but it also makes me want to cry a little but in the best way. Carolyn captured my little best friend in a way I didn’t think was possible. He’s young and old and smiling like he always did. He was so stinking smart and you can see it in this dang portrait. I can’t thank you enough for this. He’s absolutely perfect.
